Chrysta is a gifted storyteller from a long line of great Southern storytellers.

She speaks on a variety of topics that are rooted in her personal vision that every place and space becomes one that is equitable, inclusive, and just and people have the opportunities required to live full and thriving lives.

While my consulting and coaching services are designed to enhance outcomes for individuals, families, communities, and organizations, my heart remains in the kitchen. My culinary journey began in 2001 with a small catering business, evolving into a nationally recognized brand, complete with an award-winning retail bakery, a best-selling cookbook, "Kiss My Bundt," and award-winning cooking classes. Although I've hung up my professional chef's hat, I continue to unite people through the universal language of food, cooking, and baking for friends and clients.

Every dish I create and every project I undertake is a step towards a world where food and knowledge unite people, complex issues are unraveled, and transformation and equity are the main ingredients in the recipe for a better world.

I'm Chrysta Wilson

A passionate advocate for transformation and equity, based in Los Angeles County but extending my reach across North America. My journey is flavored with diverse experiences, from being an award-winning pastry chef to a dedicated professional coach, each role adding a unique spice to my life’s recipe.

I hold a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Policy from the prestigious University of Southern California. My credentials also include certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I’ve honed my skills to simplify complex issues and create supportive learning environments. My approach is characterized by visual storytelling, enabling groups to achieve breakthroughs and formulate actionable plans for enduring change.

My proficiency in Spanish has been enriched by my extensive travels throughout Mexico and my cherished community-based partnerships with Spanish-speaking residents. This linguistic connection has opened doors to deeper understanding and more meaningful collaborations.
